Recurring Donations: For recurring donations, you have the flexibility to cancel future donations at any time. Simply reach out to us via sarthialg@gmail.com with the necessary details of your donation, and we will take care of the cancellation process promptly.
Event Cancellation: In case an event organized by Sarathi is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or other emergencies, we will initiate refunds for the event tickets or participation fees. Our team will reach out to all registered participants and provide the necessary information regarding postponed event dates.
Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, please notify us immediately via sarthialg@gmail.com. We take matters of unauthorized access seriously, and our team will work diligently to investigate and process the refund as required.
Project Cancellation: In the rare event that a social service project or program funded by your donation is unable to proceed or complete as planned, we will communicate the situation transparently to all donors. We will provide options, such as reallocating the funds to a similar project or offering a full or partial refund based on donor preferences.
